Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years operational management experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work four 10-hour days including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience working with union agreements
- Comfortable working in an operations environment with varying schedules
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years operational management experience
- Computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview to meet job qualifications
- Reliable, punctual attendance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in crew or training scheduling preferred
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate training scheduling functions, ensuring contractual interpretations and practices are administered consistently and cost effectively
- Administer policies, systems, cost management, staffing and business procedures consistent with company and government regulations and pilot union agreements
- Monitor performance against forecast and initiate actions to control adverse trends
- Function as a liaison with training instructors, fostering open communication and modeling teamwork through cross-functional working relationships
- Maintain productive relationships with pilot union representatives and gain clarity on agreements to provide long-term solutions to problems
- Lead a team of training schedulers, develop employees, and encourage positive employee engagement
- Work with technology on system development to support training scheduling
