Job Requirements

  • proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • at least 3 years of branded timeshare marketing experience
  • at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • strong ability to recruit, train and motivate marketing professionals
  • consistent track record of success in field marketing
  • ability to maintain flexible and variable schedule including holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • manage and direct the activities of the LM team in support of the Marketing Manager to obtain maximum production and efficiencies
  • spend majority of time in the field supporting marketing locations and team members
  • conduct administrative work in the office as directed by Manager/Director
  • recruit and interview potential new team members and participate in new hire training and mentoring
  • proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building, and culture
  • interact with Sales Managers to ensure all marketing needs are met with tours at the sales gallery
  • participate and lead in department meetings, training sessions, and other meetings required
  • coordinate and lead monthly trainings for marketing team members who are underperforming
  • regularly advise Manager of relevant information regarding business needs and/or team members
  • partner with Marketing Leader to ensure accurate documentation of all team member issues
  • provide coaching and performance documentation for team members including performance reviews
  • handle employee relations matters and seek counsel from leadership/Human Resources when needed
  • effectively manage schedule and PTO requests
  • verify policies, procedures, and training manuals are updated as desired
  • meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and package sales
  • ensure all locations have current promotions and materials including gift lists, invitations, and promotional items
  • cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests, booking tours, and selling packages
  • regularly supervise marketing representatives presentations and customer interactions
  • ensure staffing at all locations are at optimum levels based on production and departmental requirements
  • anticipate challenges and proactively problem solve with management
  • adhere to Hilton values and hold team members accountable to them
