Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of supervisory and/or team development experience in sales or marketing
- one year of timeshare marketing experience
- ability to optimally manage people and scheduling for a large team
- intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication
- strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting time frames
- consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues
- ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
