Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment
  • 1 year of timeshare marketing experience
  • Ability to optimally manage people and scheduling for a large team
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting time frames
  • Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment
  • Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Bachelor’s degree

Job Duties

  • Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow
  • Recruit, hire and train team members for marketing programs
  • Manage and refine the relationship with resort operations, sales and direct marketing
  • Lead and coordinate all tour flow for respective sales centers
  • Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all marketing channels
  • Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting marketing programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs
  • Responsible for ongoing training to increase production
  • Work with HR to have all new team members attend new hire orientation and other training programs as needed
  • Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production and team building
  • Mentor the marketing team in guest service and how to book tours on a weekly basis
