Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment
- 1 year of timeshare marketing experience
- Ability to optimally manage people and scheduling for a large team
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting time frames
- Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow
- Recruit, hire and train team members for marketing programs
- Manage and refine the relationship with resort operations, sales and direct marketing
- Lead and coordinate all tour flow for respective sales centers
- Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all marketing channels
- Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting marketing programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs
- Responsible for ongoing training to increase production
- Work with HR to have all new team members attend new hire orientation and other training programs as needed
- Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production and team building
- Mentor the marketing team in guest service and how to book tours on a weekly basis
