Job Requirements
- At least 6 months to a year of progressively responsible experience with personal accomplishments in restaurant or retail operations or Nekter experience as a Shift Leader
- Extended periods of standing
- Ability to bend and lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Valid Food Handlers certification

Job Duties
- Assist Store Manager to hire and retain customer-oriented employees
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of employee write ups to Human Resources
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environment by following proper cleaning and food handling procedures
- Prepare food items to recipe and serve at proper temperature and appearance
- Conduct consistent quality checks and complete checklists in store
- Accurately fill out and complete Red Book duties on time
- Write and post employee schedules in absence of General Manager
- Meet daily and weekly financial goals including hourly labor, food cost, and paper cost
- Maintain managerial administrative duties including cash log, invoice tracking, and supply orders when General Manager is absent
