- minimum 1 year experience in food service or restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- manages a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees
- assigns, oversees and evaluates work
- recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees
- provides on-the-job training for new employees
- delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food and supplies
- supervises preparation, sales, and service of food
- forecasts food items to avoid customer threats and set up following shift for success
