Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management or related field
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work varied hours and days
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day
- ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50lbs
- must ensure compliance with health department regulations

- experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze financial performance and control labor and food costs
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and internet

Job Duties
- ensure all company standard operation procedures are followed
- teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness and service
- maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes and trust based relationships with all personnel
- ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
- consistently live “hospitality” in every instance
- lead by example – maintain professional image, appearance and language
- conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
