Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant management or related field
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work varied hours and days
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day
  • ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50lbs
  • must ensure compliance with health department regulations

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze financial performance and control labor and food costs
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and internet
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience
  • team building and staff training experience

Job Duties

  • ensure all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness and service
  • maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes and trust based relationships with all personnel
  • ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • consistently live “hospitality” in every instance
  • lead by example – maintain professional image, appearance and language
  • conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
