Job Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Proficient in Windows and company spreadsheets and word processing
  • Ability to work long hours including two overnight shifts
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Maintain warm and friendly demeanor
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Effective listening and clarifying concerns

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work closely with sales and reservations to fulfill special requests for groups and VIPs
  • Assist daily in guest reception
  • Respond to social media feedback and follow up with guests and internally
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
  • Assist and lead guest service training within the front office
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Register guests promptly using up-selling techniques
  • Manage guest profiles and review reservations for special accommodations
