Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • At least two years’ foodservice experience
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook Excel Word

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree

Job Duties

  • Training and retaining a small staffing team including food service workers and cooks
  • Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
  • Ensuring that the business runs in a professional efficient and profitable manner
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
  • Be a main point of contact for catering events from meeting with clients scheduling and execution of event
