Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
- At least two years’ foodservice experience
- Proven track record of financial responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook Excel Word

Job Duties
- Training and retaining a small staffing team including food service workers and cooks
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional efficient and profitable manner
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
- Be a main point of contact for catering events from meeting with clients scheduling and execution of event
