Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain valid Gaming License from Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission
  • Hold current MAST Liquor permit
  • Hold valid Food Handlers Card
  • Attend required Spokane Tribe Casino training sessions
  • Uphold ethical behavior and understand impact of problem gambling
  • Establish promotional and event rules in compliance with casino policies and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of food and beverage experience in a high volume multi-outlet setting
  • At least three years of leadership supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant bar operations cash flow management and food safety practices
  • Ability to train develop service etiquette and standard practices
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate staff encouraging open communication and empowerment
  • Collaborate with F&B management to recruit and evaluate personnel
  • Train evaluate and monitor staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Prepare staff schedules optimizing staffing levels for service and cost control
  • Conduct daily food and beverage quality inspections to maintain standards
  • Work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment with varying crowd noise and smoke levels
  • Interpret budget goals monitor cash flow and adjust staffing based on sales and guest flow
