Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain valid Gaming License from Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission
- Hold current MAST Liquor permit
- Hold valid Food Handlers Card
- Attend required Spokane Tribe Casino training sessions
- Uphold ethical behavior and understand impact of problem gambling
- Establish promotional and event rules in compliance with casino policies and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of food and beverage experience in a high volume multi-outlet setting
- At least three years of leadership supervisory or management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant bar operations cash flow management and food safety practices
- Ability to train develop service etiquette and standard practices
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate staff encouraging open communication and empowerment
- Collaborate with F&B management to recruit and evaluate personnel
- Train evaluate and monitor staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare staff schedules optimizing staffing levels for service and cost control
- Conduct daily food and beverage quality inspections to maintain standards
- Work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment with varying crowd noise and smoke levels
- Interpret budget goals monitor cash flow and adjust staffing based on sales and guest flow
