Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in long term care business office preferred
- familiarity with Medicaid and re-determination processes preferred
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- additional college coursework in accounting preferred
- long term care business office experience preferred
- Medicaid, Medicaid pending, and re-determination experience preferred
Job Duties
- assist the Business Office Manager with accounts receivables
- manage deposits and residents trust funds
- assist with PCC and census tracking
- complete 3618/3619 forms
- handle petty cash and office supply orders
- participate in meetings with residents and families
- act as backup receptionist answering phones and greeting visitors
