Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles
  • Valid alcohol service certification if required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial aspects of food and beverage management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with chefs, managers, and staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol awareness training
  • Experience in scheduling and labor cost management
  • Commitment to high standards of guest service and satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants
  • Create and assist with schedules of all food and beverage outlets to increase profitability
  • Work with chefs and outlet managers supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets
  • Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department
  • Assist in F&B training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling
  • Ensuring the resort's service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Leading, selecting, coaching, teaching, developing, and mentoring our talented Outlets Teams
  • Maximizing the resort's profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity
