Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles
- Valid alcohol service certification if required

- Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of operational and financial aspects of food and beverage management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with chefs, managers, and staff
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol awareness training
- Experience in scheduling and labor cost management
- Commitment to high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Job Duties
- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants
- Create and assist with schedules of all food and beverage outlets to increase profitability
- Work with chefs and outlet managers supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets
- Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department
- Assist in F&B training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling
- Ensuring the resort's service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction
- Leading, selecting, coaching, teaching, developing, and mentoring our talented Outlets Teams
- Maximizing the resort's profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity
