Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants
- create and assist with schedules of all food and beverage outlets to increase profitability
- work with chefs and outlet managers/supervisors to design menus catering to specific customer markets
- monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department
- assist in food and beverage training programs including alcohol awareness and proper food handling
- ensure the resort's service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction
- lead, select, coach, teach, develop and mentor the food and beverage teams
- maximize profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control expenses and productivity
