  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Global Supply Chain, or Business
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI
  • Attention to details and organization

Job Duties

  • Maintain and improve compliance workflows
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of trade activities
  • Serve as a liaison with international partners and regulatory agencies
  • Generate compliance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Detect compliance risks and implement corrective measures
  • Manage customs duties and related financial transactions
  • Assist in program development and execution
  • Conduct screenings to ensure adherence to global regulations
  • Track changes in trade laws and regulations
  • Assign accurate HS codes and classifications
  • Ensure proper valuation of imported/exported goods
  • Provide guidance on required trade documents
  • Calculate total landed costs for shipments
  • Oversee bond requirements and renewals
  • Support licensing applications and compliance
  • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training
