- basic math and computer skills
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- multitask to perform duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking and sanitation
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership
- identify ingredients and finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues immediately
- maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- create personalized experiences for customers and accurately fulfill specific requests
- perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
