- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Multitask to perform duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues
- Identify ingredients or finished products not meeting quality standards and correct issues
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare for health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized customer experiences demonstrating product knowledge
- Perform service recovery when customer expectations are not met
