Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and accommodation
  • Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Prepare event timelines, agendas, and communication materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events
  • Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Collect feedback post-event and prepare reports for continuous improvement
  • Maintain event calendars and assist with administrative tasks as needed
