Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning or coordination

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences
  • coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and accommodation
  • develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • prepare event timelines, agendas, and communication materials
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events
  • handle on-site event management and troubleshoot issues promptly
