Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- prior restaurant management experience required
- ability to assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes
- must undergo and pass a background check
- able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to manage cash and inventory accurately
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- must comply with company policies and procedures

- strong leadership skills to build and maintain customer-focused teams
Job Duties
- Support the RGM by running great shifts and executing all restaurant administrative duties
- provide leadership to sustain day-to-day operations and meet Taco Bell standards in RGM's absence
- prioritize customer needs consistently
- follow cash control and security procedures
- maintain inventory and manage labor
- review financial reports and take necessary actions to grow sales
- assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance
- handle personnel issues during RGM's absence
- interact professionally with Human Resources, accounting, and payroll departments
- assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes
- help build a great team that delivers excellent food and customer experiences
