Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of work experience in quality or food safety assurance
- experience in a technology-driven or developing company

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related management work experience
- 2-4 years of work experience in quality or food safety assurance
- proven track record of accomplishments as a quality assurance professional
- ability to satisfy customers in technology-driven, developing companies
- strong communication skills
- comfortable using email, chat functions and in-person communication
- embraces technology and is comfortable learning new tools
- demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
- adept in time management and prioritization
- experience conducting root cause analysis
- experience maintaining quality systems such as SQF
Job Duties
- Execute implementation of key strategies as defined by the quality manager and senior quality manager
- be a team leader, actively coach, develop, lead, and support your team
- conduct performance management activities in accordance with HelloFresh standards
- own the staffing and management of direct reports, ensuring correct roles are posted and conducting interviews
- champion training and onboarding, ensuring all materials are up to date and relevant
- manage the schedule and coverage for the distribution center site with proper leadership presence during shifts
- own responsibility for tools and technology availability for associates, including QA app rollout and inspection tools
- act as the first escalation person for all food safety and quality matters during shifts
- engage and own the performance of controllable food safety and quality metrics, including tracking deviations and root cause analysis
- support the maintenance and continuous improvement of SQF systems by overseeing calibration programs, participating in food safety activities, addressing non-conformities from audits, and administering document control
