Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to climb stairs and access crawl spaces
  • ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage complex workloads
  • commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • willingness to undergo background checks and comply with health requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in theatre or a related field preferred
  • five years of experience in arts administration, production management, stage management, or related roles preferred
  • demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
  • ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups
  • thorough knowledge of production-related health and safety best practices
  • experience in event management and live entertainment preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan, direct, and oversee programmatic production activities
  • develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • manage program communications and identify outreach opportunities
  • work with leadership and colleagues to advance strategic plans
  • cultivate community partnerships and collaborations
  • track program activities and recommend adjustments
  • assist with funding evaluation and grant submissions
  • manage operating budgets
  • supervise staffing, performance, and administrative infrastructure
  • attend production and staff meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
