Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably within financial services
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Meeting, Cvent
- strong project management skills
- excellent budgeting skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- highly detail-oriented
- accountable and results-driven
- ability to work under tight deadlines
- based in Southern California
- willing to travel to the office in El Segundo at least three days a week
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Source and evaluate venues for hosted events, balancing quality with budget considerations
- track the delivery of conference materials and shipments, proactively addressing and resolving any logistical delays
- manage swag inventory across multiple regions, including placing regular orders and sourcing new items as needed
- prepare and reconcile event estimates, budgets, and post-event actuals
- manage expense reporting and coordinate conference invoice submissions
- manage the onboarding of new vendors to ensure smooth procurement
- oversee the ordering and coordination of swag, marketing materials, and other event-related collateral
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on budgets, timelines, and event deliverables
- maintain accurate records of event assets, inventory performance, and vendor relationships
- contribute to the continuous improvement of event management processes and workflows
