Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business supply chain merchandising or a related field is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail planning inventory management or allocation preferably in apparel home or gift industries is required
- Experience working with purchase order systems and vendor communications is required
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables lookups and formulas is required
- Ability to thrive in a creative entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
- Shopify experience is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Support the creation of seasonal sales margin and inventory plans by category
- Translate assortment and marketing strategies into financial forecasts and demand plans
- Build and maintain planning tools and spreadsheets to manage projections open-to-buy and event curves
- Partner with merchandising team to model SKU-level forecasts color/size breakouts and initial allocations
- Drive PO creation revisions and cancellations based on in-season trends and inventory position
- Partner with vendors to confirm ship windows resolve late or incomplete deliveries and maintain up-to-date inbound visibility
- Track replenishment needs maintaining a continuous view of core and carryover inventory
