Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
- Prepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
- Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness
- Answer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer orders
- Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph's quality and appearance standards
- Accurately package, label, and price self-service items
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Operate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other pizza equipment safely
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
