Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or in progress
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and standing
- May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations

Job Duties
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
- Suggesting additional products to enhance guest purchases
- Addressing guest concerns with urgency and involving managers as needed
- Fostering a team-oriented, respectful work environment
- Helping keep stores stocked and fresh
- Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store
