Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in operations, employee, restaurant, or property management
- ability to work on-site in Pasadena, CA with occasional remote work
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to oversee facility maintenance and minor repairs
- proficiency in using standard office software and data analysis tools
- availability for flexible work schedule including weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 2 years of operations management experience preferred
- experience in employee management or assistant management preferred
- experience in restaurant management preferred
- experience in property management preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- ability to analyze data and manage P&L reports
- problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Lead and train facility team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- manage efficient order fulfillment and customer service
- oversee janitorial team ensuring compliance with cleaning and sanitation protocols
- cultivate positive and inclusive work environment fostering teamwork and communication
- conduct facility tours and deliver sales pitches to prospective restaurant partners
- serve as primary contact for restaurant partners and manage onboarding process including permits and delivery platform setup
- perform routine inspections and minor repairs on kitchen equipment and coordinate external vendor maintenance
