Job Requirements
- Ten years of professional experience
- Eight years of hotel or travel sales and or account management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of direct reports
- Experience managing high-value corporate accounts in the hospitality or travel industry
- Ability to work remotely with 40 percent average travel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong strategic planning and client relationship management abilities
Job Qualifications
- Ten years of professional experience
- Eight years of hotel or travel sales and or account management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of direct reports
- Experience managing high-value corporate accounts in the hospitality or travel industry
- Bachelor’s degree is useful
- Experience using Salesforce and Delphi or similar CRM and sales management systems is useful
- Experience with Technology vertical is useful
- Experience with meetings and events is useful
Job Duties
- Lead a group of four Sales Directors specializing in group sales for meetings and events
- Oversee a collection of premium corporate group accounts in the Americas region
- Create strategic group sales strategies to boost additional income and strengthen connections with clients
- Collaborate with the sales teams located on-site to guarantee smooth implementation of client programs and functions
- Collaborate with Hilton Direct, hotel sales partners, and brand teams to deliver cohesive client offerings
- Encourage a vibrant coaching environment and uphold strong team involvement
- Collaborate with account teams and international colleagues to guarantee coordination and a cohesive strategy towards our clients
- Meeting individual and team goals for revenue attainment
- Coordination of sales strategies and regular assessments of business performance
- Projecting and documenting the progress and outcomes of meetings and events
- Creating strategies for team growth and assessing performance
