Job Requirements

  • Ten years of professional experience
  • Eight years of hotel, travel sales and or account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of direct reports
  • Experience managing high-value corporate accounts in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Remote position with 40% travel time average

  • Ten years of professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of direct reports
  • Experience managing high-value corporate accounts in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Experience using Salesforce and Delphi or similar CRM and sales management systems
  • Experience with Technology vertical
  • Experience with meetings and events
  • BA or BS Bachelor’s degree

Job Duties

  • Lead a group of four Sales Directors specializing in group sales for meetings and events
  • Oversee a collection of premium corporate group accounts in the Americas region
  • Create strategic group sales strategies to boost additional income and strengthen connections with clients
  • Work alongside on-property sales teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client programs and events
  • Collaborate with Hilton Direct, hotel sales partners, and brand teams to deliver cohesive client offerings
  • Encourage a vibrant coaching environment and uphold strong team involvement
  • Coordinate with account teams and international colleagues to guarantee coordination and a cohesive strategy
