Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year of related hospitality experience
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • knowledge of Towne Park's safety and security procedures
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • computer proficiency including MS Office
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to manage team performance
  • ability to represent the company professionally
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Qualifications

  • understanding of safe driving policies

Job Duties

  • ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed
  • actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes
  • assist in training, performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions for associates
  • develop and maintain working relationships with clients
  • drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, and revenue reconciliation
  • supervise end-of-shift revenue and ticket reconciliation
