Job Requirements

  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year related hospitality experience
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to travel up to 10 percent
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying climate conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum one year of related hospitality experience
  • Knowledge of Towne Park's safety, security, and driving policies
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and confidentiality policies including HIPPA
  • Proficient in MS Office and various point-of-sale applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings
  • Ability to handle guest/patient complaints and maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to read and interpret business policies, training materials, and communications
  • Demonstrated appreciation for diverse cultures
  • Proven track record of courteousness and safety awareness

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and reduce staffing when needed
  • Engage actively in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates
  • Assist Account Manager in orientation, training, performance appraisals, and coaching of associates
  • Develop cohesive working relationships with clients' staff and maintain regular communication
  • Drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • Supervise revenue reconciliation, shift reports, and ensure controls for scheduling and timekeeping
