Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year related experience in hospitality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and technology applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to represent the company effectively
- Knowledge of client facility and business operations
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and make day-to-day operational decisions
Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional and consistent guest service experience on all shifts
- Allocate labor resources efficiently to meet business demands and productivity goals
- Engage in recruitment and hiring to select the best associates
- Conduct orientation, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
- Develop working relationships with client staff and maintain communication
- Manage business metrics including forecasting, revenue reconciliation, and operational controls
- Address customer complaints and provide leadership to associates
