Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • minimum of one year related hospitality experience
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • proficiency with computer applications including MS Office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
  • willingness to travel up to 10 percent

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of one year related hospitality experience
  • knowledge of Towne Park's safety and security procedures
  • knowledge of Towne Park's driving policies
  • familiarity with accident reporting policies
  • knowledge of equipment training and safe operation
  • understanding of claim check and ticketing procedures
  • principles of exemplary customer service
  • knowledge of customer confidentiality and HIPAA policies
  • basic accounting and business metrics knowledge
  • knowledge of client's facility and amenities
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • computer proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to present information to guests, clients, and associates
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • courteous with a sense of urgency and safety

Job Duties

  • Ensure the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and meet business demands
  • actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes
  • assist in employee orientation, training, performance appraisal, coaching, and discipline
  • develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with the client and ensure communication and visibility at the site
  • oversee business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • supervise revenue reconciliation, cash drops, and revenue reports with accuracy
