Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum one year of hospitality-related experience
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and other relevant applications
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Must be able to work independently and make daily operational decisions
- Availability to manage and discipline associates as needed
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of preventative safety and security procedures
- Knowledge of safe driving policies and accident reporting
- Knowledge of equipment training and operational policies
- Familiarity with claim check, ticketing, and key box procedures
- Understanding of customer service principles and customer confidentiality policies including HIPAA
- Basic accounting and business metric knowledge
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Ability to represent company effectively and appreciate diverse cultures
- Capable of composing professional business communications
Job Duties
- Ensure the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
- Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery and reduce staffing levels if necessary
- Actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates
- Assist in establishing employee guidelines and conduct orientation and on-the-job training
- Recognize performance and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed
- Develop cohesive relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication
- Manage business metrics including forecasting, productivity, revenue reconciliation, and scheduling controls
