Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years of relevant management experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • ensures proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and coaching which will lead to employee and store success
  • consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
  • ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls such as employee interaction, pre- and post-quality controls, touching tables, and monitoring temperature, portion, weight, and delivery
  • prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
  • opens and closes the restaurant daily and maintains a safe, secure, and sanitary environment that fosters employee success
  • promotes positive open communication in a team environment
  • adheres to and displays company standards by personal example
  • ensures timely personnel scheduling and cutbacks to facilitate standard coverage and efficiency
  • builds strong community relations through personal character in and outside of work
  • reconciles daily cash receipts and equivalents according to set policy standards
  • completes all necessary administrative paperwork and record keeping, forwarding documents to corporate timely
  • inspects and enforces employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • abides by all federal and state governmental regulations and labor standards
