Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year of related experience in hospitality
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful customer service situations effectively

  • Ability to interpret business policies and compose professional communications
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints and maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated courteousness and commitment to safety

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduce staffing levels as needed
  • Actively engages in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Assists in establishing employee guidelines and provides orientation and on-the-job training
  • Conducts regular performance appraisals and provides coaching, including disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Develops working relationships with client staff and maintains regular communication and site visibility
  • Manages financial operations including revenue reconciliation and reporting
