Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of event planning or business operations experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools for actionable insights
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
- Ability to work hybrid with onsite presence at least 3 times a week

Job Duties
- Manage and lead key major initiatives and programs
- Coordinate logistics, approvals, bulletins, and executive briefings
- Facilitate weekly meetings and dry runs
- Manage event budgets, approvals, and forecasting
- Partner with vendors such as Maritz and Jack Morton
- Maintain daily reports and prepare executive briefing books and post-event surveys
- Support leadership meetings, ADI events, QPMs, and special assignments
