Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of event planning or business operations experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to leverage data analytics tools for actionable insights
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Ability to work hybrid with onsite presence at least 3 times a week

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead key major initiatives and programs
  • Coordinate logistics, approvals, bulletins, and executive briefings
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and dry runs
  • Manage event budgets, approvals, and forecasting
  • Partner with vendors such as Maritz and Jack Morton
  • Maintain daily reports and prepare executive briefing books and post-event surveys
  • Support leadership meetings, ADI events, QPMs, and special assignments
