Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in beauty education/events
- passionate about beauty and retail
- organized, self-motivated and flexible to change
- able to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately
- strong interpersonal skills to partner with multiple departments
- initiative to anticipate business needs and problem-solve
- experience with Sephora, ULTA, and/or Nordstrom
- knowledge of beauty events strategy and retail activation
- ability to assist with budget management
- skilled in data and ROI analytics
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and Smartsheet
- understanding of artistry and brand storytelling (preferred)
- ability to travel for events as needed
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years in beauty education/events roles with proven track record of success
- experience with Sephora, ULTA, and/or Nordstrom
- experience in beauty events strategy and retail activation
- ability to help with budget management
- data and ROI analytics skills

Job Duties
- partner with marketing, sales, PR, and global education teams for cohesive event execution and elevated brand storytelling
- manage the annual retail event calendar across Sephora, ULTA and Nordstrom
- track event performance to create successful retailer-specific event initiatives
- compile events from the US field and maintain the master event listing
- oversee end to end logistics of TOA forecasting, allocations, collateral creation and vendor management
- manage external vendors for displays, collateral, and shipping logistics, and maintain oversight of event budget, invoices and POs
- assist in planning and logistics of large-scale education and artistry workshops including national sales conference and regional meetings, Sephora SMC, ULTA FLC, and artistry summits
- support logistics for gratis programs and event education materials in partnership with education team to reinforce artist confidence and consistency across key launches and activations
- manage and maintain education and events closet
- report on competitive events in key retailer accounts
- participate in key events and trainings when necessary
