Job Requirements
- Experience of 1-3 years in event or hospitality service management or 6+ years in event service and execution
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for wine, hospitality, and sustainability
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Capacity to lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs
- Willingness to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Able to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with varying noise and temperature levels
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years in event or hospitality service management or 6+ years in event service and execution, preferably in the hospitality or wine industry
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fine dining service standards is desirable but not required
- Passionate about wine, elevated hospitality, and sustainable practices
- Solution-oriented with a strong guest-first mentality and the agility to adapt to changing needs
Job Duties
- Arrange and confirm event details with vendors and manage all logistical aspects to ensure event success
- Oversee the operations on the day of the event, handling site visits, and ensuring all aspects of the event meet the predetermined standards
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events such as Member, Media, and Trade events, ensuring each event is tailored to the audience and executed flawlessly
- Assist in leading the development and delivery of unique, differentiated events that enhance guest engagement
- Work closely with Event Sales, Chef, and Hospitality Leadership to communicate event details and proactively address any challenges
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Serve as a positive change agent with an innovation mindset, championing new initiatives and bringing forth fresh ideas to drive growth and elevation through the lens of hospitality
