Job Requirements

  • Experience of 1-3 years in event or hospitality service management or 6+ years in event service and execution
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for wine, hospitality, and sustainability
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Capacity to lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs
  • Willingness to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Able to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with varying noise and temperature levels

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in event or hospitality service management or 6+ years in event service and execution, preferably in the hospitality or wine industry
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with fine dining service standards is desirable but not required
  • Passionate about wine, elevated hospitality, and sustainable practices
  • Solution-oriented with a strong guest-first mentality and the agility to adapt to changing needs

Job Duties

  • Arrange and confirm event details with vendors and manage all logistical aspects to ensure event success
  • Oversee the operations on the day of the event, handling site visits, and ensuring all aspects of the event meet the predetermined standards
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal events such as Member, Media, and Trade events, ensuring each event is tailored to the audience and executed flawlessly
  • Assist in leading the development and delivery of unique, differentiated events that enhance guest engagement
  • Work closely with Event Sales, Chef, and Hospitality Leadership to communicate event details and proactively address any challenges
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
  • Serve as a positive change agent with an innovation mindset, championing new initiatives and bringing forth fresh ideas to drive growth and elevation through the lens of hospitality
