Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check and drug screen
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- physical ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts

- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to manage staffing and scheduling
- marketing and sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist in management and direction of daily operations
- assure quality food, sanitation, and customer service
- supervise all restaurant personnel
- perform administrative functions in absence of the manager
- monitor staffing levels compared to sales volume
- circulate throughout restaurant to contact customers and monitor product and service quality
- assist in production of food and beverage
- identify and enhance loyal customer base
- report competitors' strengths and weaknesses
- implement new menus and promotional programs
- monitor controllable costs including food, beverage, labor, supplies, repairs, and maintenance
- train hourly staff
- recommend promotions, discipline, and terminations
- interview and select hourly employees
- coordinate and guide training of assistant managers
- stimulate positive employee morale and minimize staff turnover
- guide and direct subordinate activities to maximize productivity and ensure efficient customer flow
