Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • successful completion of background check and drug screen
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role

Job Duties

  • assist in managing daily restaurant operations
  • supervise restaurant personnel
  • monitor staffing levels to align with sales volume
  • ensure quality food, sanitation, and customer service
  • circulate and engage with customers during peak periods
  • assist in food and beverage production
  • implement new menus and promotional programs
  • monitor and control costs
  • train and develop hourly staff
  • recommend promotions, discipline, and terminations
  • interview and select hourly employees
  • guide and train assistant managers
  • foster positive employee morale
