Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- successful completion of background check and drug screen
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure
- basic computer skills

- experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- supervise restaurant personnel
- monitor staffing levels to align with sales volume
- ensure quality food, sanitation, and customer service
- circulate and engage with customers during peak periods
- assist in food and beverage production
- implement new menus and promotional programs
- monitor and control costs
- train and develop hourly staff
- recommend promotions, discipline, and terminations
- interview and select hourly employees
- guide and train assistant managers
- foster positive employee morale
