Job Duties
- Maintains Joseph's standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Preparing and executing Joseph's recipes for various proteins, vegetables, starches, etc.
- Replenishes, maintains, and rotates products and display cases
- Packages and labels products
- Operates knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machine and other kitchen equipment
- Assists with other tasks as assigned
