Job Requirements

  • 3+ years previous hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and strategic resource planning
  • Expertise in computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent, and email communication
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and effectively collaborate with all leadership levels
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country applied for
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members by providing structured training and guidance to uphold dining room service standards
  • Partner with the Hospitality Leader in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards with regulatory compliance
  • Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Support financial goals through labor and sales performance analysis and strategic resource planning
  • Create strategic schedules to optimize business operations and client experience
  • Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader
