- 3+ years of relevant experience developing high-level corporate events and hospitality
- experience in the motorsports industry, preferably NASCAR
- exceptional client service and interaction skills

- experienced in building and delivering presentations
- ability to travel frequently both weekdays and weekends
Job Duties
- Apply strategic marketing goals and implement them in event execution
- advise clients on event strategies and project plan
- represent the client and company in negotiating and troubleshooting with properties, venues and suppliers
- support hospitality team by managing calls, agendas, and notes
- plan and complete site surveys
- prepare and manage line-item budgets
- manage event branding, collateral and on-site materials
- determine food and beverage and other on-site amenities and oversee ordering and implementation
- conduct onsite management of corporate hospitality events
- manage on-site vendors, oversee contractors and enforce policies
- create client-ready event itineraries, staffing plans and event recaps
- lead client conference calls and meetings
- manage and communicate project status
- identify business growth opportunities and recommend new strategies
- evaluate event outcomes and provide strategy recommendations
