Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work full-time day shifts, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2 pm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Concierge level customer service attitude
  • Ability to provide accurate directions and information
  • Previous concierge or healthcare experience preferred
  • Commitment to supporting patient experience

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience involving patient or public contact preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide clear and concise information to diverse audiences
  • Commitment to maintaining the organization’s mission and values

Job Duties

  • Welcome all guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to visitors
  • Give clear directions within the hospital and adjoining medical facilities
  • Serve as an information resource and assist with inquiries
  • Embrace and demonstrate the mission and vision of the organization as a culture champion
  • Maintain a concierge level customer service attitude
  • Support patient experience initiatives through exceptional guest relations
