Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work full-time day shifts, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2 pm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Concierge level customer service attitude
- Ability to provide accurate directions and information
- Previous concierge or healthcare experience preferred
- Commitment to supporting patient experience

- Previous healthcare experience involving patient or public contact preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide clear and concise information to diverse audiences

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to visitors
- Give clear directions within the hospital and adjoining medical facilities
- Serve as an information resource and assist with inquiries
- Embrace and demonstrate the mission and vision of the organization as a culture champion
- Maintain a concierge level customer service attitude
- Support patient experience initiatives through exceptional guest relations
