Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • One-year human resources administrative support experience or HR college coursework required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree or coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • One-year human resources administrative support experience or HR college coursework required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills with ability to interact with associates at all levels
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with HRIS or HRMS preferred
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices highly preferred
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  • Commitment to exceptional service and company core values

Job Duties

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process in Workday including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and coordinating final interviews with store leadership
  • Complete job offer and onboarding processes through Workday
  • Set up and conduct orientation for new hires as needed
  • Partner with local HR Business Partners to post or add hiring events and resources
  • Manage the first 90 days of employment for new hires to ensure training validation and engagement
  • Own and implement store engagement programs including regular recognition events
  • Maintain compliance by processing timely terminations, I-9, and work permits
  • Support scheduling and Kronos reporting
  • Manage associate experience in off-stage locations such as break rooms and training spaces
  • Serve as Person-In-Charge for weekly schedules as needed
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
