Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or advanced degree
  • Minimum 12 years relevant experience or minimum 10 years experience with advanced degree
  • At least 10 years experience with Corporate Real Estate transactions
  • At least 7 years experience with capital plans, operating budget forecasts and projections
  • At least 7 years experience managing project intake processes
  • Available to travel 40% - 60% domestically and internationally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
  • Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years experience in Corporate Real Estate
  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate transactions
  • Working knowledge of Construction Project Management, Construction Development, Workplace Strategy and Facility Management
  • Experience with capital plans, operating budget forecasts and projections
  • Experience managing and leading end to end project intake process
  • Ability to develop and execute deliverables, reporting, and presentations to business unit stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Job Duties

  • Oversee a segment of the Global Business Portfolio consisting of approximately 10 million sq ft of real estate
  • Develop effective relationships with key business partners as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor
  • Manage ERS Service Level Agreements
  • Identify and prioritize business and enterprise requirements in support of overall business strategy
  • Coordinate with Real Estate Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless execution of the operation of sites, strategy, acquisition, and project delivery to stakeholders
  • Provide strategic responsibility and leadership in support of real estate transformation
  • Identify opportunities for value added real estate solutions to the businesses
