Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or advanced degree
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience or minimum 10 years experience with advanced degree
- At least 10 years experience with Corporate Real Estate transactions
- At least 7 years experience with capital plans, operating budget forecasts and projections
- At least 7 years experience managing project intake processes
- Available to travel 40% - 60% domestically and internationally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
- Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years experience in Corporate Real Estate
- Experience with Corporate Real Estate transactions
- Working knowledge of Construction Project Management, Construction Development, Workplace Strategy and Facility Management
- Experience with capital plans, operating budget forecasts and projections
- Experience managing and leading end to end project intake process
- Ability to develop and execute deliverables, reporting, and presentations to business unit stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Job Duties
- Oversee a segment of the Global Business Portfolio consisting of approximately 10 million sq ft of real estate
- Develop effective relationships with key business partners as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor
- Manage ERS Service Level Agreements
- Identify and prioritize business and enterprise requirements in support of overall business strategy
- Coordinate with Real Estate Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless execution of the operation of sites, strategy, acquisition, and project delivery to stakeholders
- Provide strategic responsibility and leadership in support of real estate transformation
- Identify opportunities for value added real estate solutions to the businesses
