Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- minimum of five years of experience in parking or transportation management
- proven experience in supervisory and team leadership roles
- proficiency with parking technology systems and software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- demonstrated strategic planning and operational management capabilities

Job Duties
- oversee all transportation and parking services operations at the VHS campus
- manage permit issuance and enforcement processes
- supervise and develop TPS staff and supervisors
- maintain parking facilities to ensure safety and functionality
- coordinate special event parking and transportation logistics
- optimize the use of parking technology systems for operational efficiency
- prepare and manage budgets and financial reports related to TPS
- collaborate with campus departments and external partners to enhance transportation services
- deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
- analyze data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
