Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of group, incentive, and buyout markets
- Proven sales record achieving targets and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and forecast sales
- Experience with Hyatt sales and property management systems preferred
- Passion for wellness and luxury hospitality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data, forecast, and develop actionable sales strategies
- Experience with Hyatt systems such as Delphi.fdc, Envision, Opera, HyattNet preferred
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle hospitality, and luxury service standards
Job Duties
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing group-focused sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Proactively solicit and secure group and buyout business through direct sales efforts, client entertainment, site inspections, and industry events
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry demand to identify growth opportunities
- Manage portfolio of key accounts with focus on group, incentive, and buyout opportunities ensuring consistent engagement and revenue contribution
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate meetings, incentive groups, and hotel buyouts
- Partner with Hyatt Sales Force, Hyatt Prive, Virtuoso, and other luxury travel networks to maximize exposure
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations teams to align group mix, buyout execution, and brand positioning
- Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings offering insights to optimize rate, mix, and pace
- Mentor and develop Sales Managers and Coordinators
- Represent the resort at trade shows, client events, sales missions, and community partnerships
- Host site inspections, familiarization trips, and client experiences reflecting resort identity and exclusive use value
- Act as brand ambassador upholding Alila’s sustainable luxury and personalized hospitality ethos
