Job Requirements

- experience with 25 Live event management software and Wrike project management software
- ability to build and foster relationships with diverse constituents
Job Duties
- Oversee management and coordination of logistics for university-sponsored and external summer programs including camps and housing
- support event logistics for all campus events including university-sponsored, affiliated, and external events
- manage system backup for event management, food service, and housing assignment systems
- coordinate selection, training, and supervision of student staff including developing training standards and scheduling
- oversee development of marketing materials and website updates to support event planning and external client engagement
- manage, train, and develop professional conference and event staff including program coordinators
- participate in departmental professional development activities and represent the department on committees
- promote safe and secure working conditions by ensuring proper use of equipment and reporting unsafe conditions
