Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a dynamic culinary team providing guidance and mentorship to chefs and staff members
- Contribute to the strategic planning process offering insights and expertise to enhance culinary operations and overall organizational success
- Oversee the execution of culinary activities ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality innovation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Evaluate and improve culinary processes implementing best practices to optimize performance and enhance the overall dining experience
- Provide broad administrative direction shaping the vision for culinary activities and playing a key role in the planning implementing and evaluating of operations
